Lunch:  Avocados, Cafe Valley Bakery Blueberry Mini Muffins, Grilled Chicken, Multigrain Bread, Stop & Shop Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  A Taste of Thai Pad Thai Noodles, Fresh & Easy Thai Basil Chicken, Rice Cooked with Coconut Milk (Arroz Con Coco), Scallops.
