Fat: 37.08g | Prot: 57.02g | Carb: 161.23g.   Breakfast:  88% Extreme Dark Choc Square, Bananas, coffee, Water, 365 organic almond milk. Lunch:  balsamic vinegar, cucumber, red pepper, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, water, flax oil, mixed greens, spinach, grape tomatoes, Natural Choice Oven Roasted Deli Turkey. Dinner:  scallops, rice, bacon, date, chocolate stout cake, asian nacho (2), sweet chili sauce, mojito, decaf coffee, sugar packets, water. Snacks/Other:  trader joe's green tea mint.
