Fat: 46.94g | Prot: 57.99g | Carb: 90.62g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, Light & Fit Yogurt - blueberry, Original Fudge Bars No Sugar Added. Lunch:  Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), egg, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), kidney beans, ranch dressing. Dinner:  chicken thigh, lettuce, mushrooms, salad dressing, spinach. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, tomatoe.
