Fat: 125.17g | Prot: 158.31g | Carb: 55.15g.   Breakfast:  Bob Evans Savory Sage Pork Sausage, Wegmans Egg Busters 99% Real Eggs. Lunch:  Beet Greens, Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Wegmans Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Dinner:  Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking), Wegmans Thin Rope Apple & Onion Pork Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Egg and veggie muffins, Fennel Bulb, Spectrum Chia Seeds, stuffed mushrooms, Trader Joe's Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Wegmans Small Curd Cottage Cheese 4%.
