Fat: 125.17g | Prot: 158.31g | Carb: 55.15g.   Breakfast:  Bob Evans Savory Sage Pork Sausage, Wegmans Egg Busters 99% Real Eggs. Lunch:  Wegmans Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Beet Greens, Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil. Dinner:  Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking), Wegmans Thin Rope Apple & Onion Pork Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Fennel Bulb, Wegmans Small Curd Cottage Cheese 4%, Egg and veggie muffins, stuffed mushrooms, Spectrum Chia Seeds, Trader Joe's Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk.
