Fat: 72.96g | Prot: 79.46g | Carb: 235.51g.   Breakfast:  Instant Grits, Country Style Pork Sausage, Fried Egg, Egg White, Tea Unsweetened. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ranch Salad Dressing, Pickled Beets (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Corn Tortilla, posole, limes, water. Dinner:  lasagna, baguette, butter, water. Snacks/Other:  honey wheat pretzel sticks, Sugar Wafers (with Creme Filling), Thick Crust Cheese Pizza with Vegetables.
