Fat: 72.96g | Prot: 79.46g | Carb: 235.51g.   Breakfast:  Country Style Pork Sausage, Egg White, Fried Egg, Instant Grits, Tea Unsweetened. Lunch:  Corn Tortilla, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, limes, Pickled Beets (Solids and Liquids, Canned), posole, Ranch Salad Dressing, water. Dinner:  baguette, butter, lasagna, water. Snacks/Other:  honey wheat pretzel sticks, Sugar Wafers (with Creme Filling), Thick Crust Cheese Pizza with Vegetables.
