Fat: 106.46g | Prot: 152.92g | Carb: 110.74g.   Breakfast:  Gold Standard 100% Casein - Chocolate Supreme. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Egg, ISO 100 Whey Protein Isolate, Kraft Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Caesar Dressing, Fried or Battered Breaded Floured Shrimp, Kidney Beans, Lettuce, Special K Protein Meal Bar - Chocolate Peanut Butter.
