Fat: 30.68g | Prot: 24.03g | Carb: 180.98g.   Breakfast:  38% vegetable fat spread with buttermilk, Blueberry Yogurt, Tea (Brewed), Toasted White Bread. Lunch:  Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg, Mince Pies, Tea (Brewed), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Cola Soft Drink, White Rum.
