Fat: 67.98g | Prot: 96.07g | Carb: 88.78g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mixed Salad Greens, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded) , roasted chicken. Dinner:  cherry tomato, chicken cutlet, Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Salad, sauteed spinach. Snacks/Other:  pistachio, reeses pieces peanut butter cup.
