Fat: 71.10g | Prot: 114.29g | Carb: 99.04g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, cherry tomato, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded) , grilled chicken, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner:  sauteed spinach, cherry tomato, Olive Oil, Salad, roasted chicken, avocado, cucumber. Snacks/Other:  pistachio, walnut brownie, Oranges.
