Lunch:  Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Frankfurters or Hot Dogs . Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Fat Free Mayonnaise, Havarti Cheese, Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Frankfurters or Hot Dogs . Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Covered Chocolate Sandwich Cookie, M, Moosehead Lager, Shortbread Cookies.
