Fat: 66.78g | Prot: 93.74g | Carb: 194.04g.   Breakfast:  Organic Promise Cereal - Cinnamon Harvest, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch:  Flatout Wraps, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Cheese Wedges. Dinner:  Taco Salad (without Dressing), Potato Oles (Small), Crispy Taco. Snacks/Other:  Oikos Greek Yogurt, Carnation Rich Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix Nestle Cocoa Mix.
