Fat: 58.26g | Prot: 73.85g | Carb: 158.41g.   Breakfast:  Butter Croissants, Iced Brewed Coffee (Venti). Lunch:  Sliced Turkey Breast, Green Leaf Lettuce, Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices), Mayonnaise, Sliced Havarti Cheese, Diet Coke, Red Onions, Banana Pepper, Sourdough Bread. Dinner:  Somen Salad with Noodles, Lettuce, Egg, Fish and Pork. Snacks/Other:  White Bread, Whole Wheat Bread, Tuna Salad, Baked Lightly Salted Potato Chips.
