Fat: 73.41g | Prot: 49.90g | Carb: 183.77g.   Breakfast:  Macaroni or Pasta Salad, Viactiv Milk Chocolate Calcium Chews, Coca-Cola Diet Coke (Can), Boulder Canyon parmesan and garlic chips. Lunch:  Panera Bread Rustic Penne Bolognese (Small), Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Bread, Smart Balance 50/50 Omega-3 Butter Blend, Brownie with Icing. Dinner:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Carr's Table Water Crackers, White Bread, Brie Cheese, Cheddar Cheese.
