Fat: 58.96g | Prot: 80.90g | Carb: 216.76g.   Breakfast:  Cheese with Chili Pepper Dip (Chili Con Queso), Coca-Cola Diet Coke, Olive Oil, Skinless Chicken Breast, Tortilla, Viactiv Milk Chocolate Calcium Chews. Lunch:  Appleton Boneless Sliced Honey Baked Ham, Blueberries, Butter (Salted), NY Times corn bread, White Cake (Dry Mix). Dinner:  Butter (Salted), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Dinner Rolls, Fish, Great Value Scalloped Potatoes, Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Sunshine Cheez-It White Cheddar Crackers.
