Lunch:  Blueberries, Coca-Cola Diet Coke (Can), Great Harvest Bread Co Honey Whole Wheat Bread, Gumbo (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork, and/or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra), Smart Balance 50/50 Omega-3 Butter Blend, White Cake (Dry Mix). Dinner:  Lean Cuisine Culinary Collection Garlic Chicken Spring Rolls, Red Table Wine.
