Fat: 55.59g | Prot: 51.63g | Carb: 151.37g.   Breakfast:  Diet Coke, oat bran muffin cooking light, viactiv. Lunch:  BBQ sauce, Diet coke can, French fries , Fried Floured or Breaded Fish. Dinner:  Bacon, Chicken, Flat bread, red wine, Spinach dip.
