Fat: 54.22g | Prot: 73.99g | Carb: 216.35g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, All Natural Lowfat Yogurt - Vanilla, Bananas , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Fat Free Skim Milk with Vitamins A & D, Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ. Lunch:  Dark Rye Bread, Peeled Mini Carrots, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. Dinner:  garlic bread, Lasagna with Meat, Light Asian Toasted Sesame Salad Dressing, Side Salad (No Dressing), Slivered Almonds. Snacks/Other:  broccoli, cauliflower.
