Fat: 37.63g | Prot: 93.07g | Carb: 278.41g.   Breakfast:  All Natural Lowfat Yogurt - Vanilla, Bananas , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Fat Free Skim Milk with Vitamins A & D, Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ, Old Fashioned Oatmeal. Lunch:  Romaine Lettuce, Pumpernickel Bread, Turkey Bacon, Peeled Mini Carrots, Light Mayonnaise, Tomatoes, Natural Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Slivered Almonds, Side Salad (No Dressing), Light Asian Toasted Sesame Salad Dressing, Jalapeno Peppers, Medium Picante Sauce, Flour Tortilla, Fat Free Refried Beans, Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded). Snacks/Other:  Navels Oranges , Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Blueberry, Rice Crispy Treat.
