Fat: 37.63g | Prot: 93.07g | Carb: 278.41g.   Breakfast:  All Natural Lowfat Yogurt - Vanilla, Bananas , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Fat Free Skim Milk with Vitamins A & D, Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ, Old Fashioned Oatmeal. Lunch:  Light Mayonnaise, Natural Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Peeled Mini Carrots, Pumpernickel Bread, Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Turkey Bacon. Dinner:  Fat Free Refried Beans, Flour Tortilla, Jalapeno Peppers, Light Asian Toasted Sesame Salad Dressing, Medium Picante Sauce, Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded), Side Salad (No Dressing), Slivered Almonds. Snacks/Other:  Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Blueberry, Navels Oranges , Rice Crispy Treat.
