Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi) , Cooked Beets (from Fresh). Dinner:  Colourful Coleslaw, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Quinoa, Spinach . Snacks/Other:  Avocado Hummus, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel) , Fat Free Greek Yogurt - Plain, Fennel Bulk , Strawberries .
