Fat: 38.51g | Prot: 104.59g | Carb: 181.01g.   Breakfast:  Apples , Ground Flax Seed, Quick Oats, Hulled Sunflower Seeds. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Cooked Beets (from Fresh), Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi) . Dinner:  Quinoa, Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Colourful Coleslaw, Spinach , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Cucumber (with Peel) , Cherry Tomatoes, Fennel Bulk , Avocado Hummus, Fat Free Greek Yogurt - Plain, Strawberries .
