Fat: 37.83g | Prot: 115.48g | Carb: 73.20g.   Breakfast:  blackberries, Nonfat Blood Orange Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), soy sauce, green beans. Dinner:  pork, asparagus, soy sauce, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  Raspberry Thick & Fruity Summer Probiotic Yogurt Selection, plum, hard boiled eggs.
