Fat: 95.66g | Prot: 164.06g | Carb: 78.28g.   Breakfast:  Archer Farms Roasted Jumbo Cashews Salted, Cappuccino, Coffee. Lunch:  Al Fresco Spicy Jalapeno Chicken Sausage, Raw Mixed Unsalted Nuts. Dinner:  Cooked Potato with Cheese, Pork Chops or Roasts (Center Rib, Bone-In). Snacks/Other:  fish oil nature made, men's daily multivitamin, Sugar Free Assorted Fruit, whey isolate (Optimum Nutrition).
