Lunch:  Chopped Chicken Cobb Salad with Avocado, Low-Fat Garden Vegetable with Pesto Soup (8 oz), Whole Grain Baguette (Side Portion). Dinner:  Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Kraft Natural Finely Shredded Cheddar Jack Mexican Style Shredded Cheese, Miller Brewing Company Lite Beer (Bottle), Mixed Salad Greens, Wendy's Low Fat Honey Mustard Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Planters NUT-rition Wholesome Nut Mix.
