Lunch:  Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Sonic BBQ Sauce, IGA Onion Buns, Fresh Ham, Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich. Dinner:  Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo, Barilla Farfalle Pasta, Shrimp, Kroger Bay Scallops, Lowfat Brownie. Snacks/Other:  Kraft Wheat Thins Reduced Fat, Imitation Alaska King Crab (Made From Surimi), Cream Cheese (Fat Free).
