Fat: 55.25g | Prot: 96.73g | Carb: 225.40g.   Breakfast:  Abbott EAS Lean 15 Protein Powder, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Bell Peppers, Brown Rice, Cucumber (with Peel), Fresh Attitude Spring Mix Salad, Strawberries, Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli Cuts, Wish-Bone Light Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  Boulevard Single Wide IPA, Cheese with Chili Pepper Dip (Chili Con Queso), Miller Brewing Company Lite Beer (Bottle), Tortilla Corn Chips, Vodka. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Eating Right Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt with Mango Guanabana.
