Lunch:  Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Spicy Black Bean Burger, Simply Naked Pita Chips, Classic Hummus. Dinner:  cod fillets, Yellow Sweet Corn, Tartar Sauce (Kraft), Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins. Snacks/Other:  Apple, Clif Shot Energy Gel - Chocolate, Simply Right 100% whey protein, Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, Light Vanilla Soymilk, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter, Blueberry Pancakes.
