Fat: 85.86g | Prot: 80.46g | Carb: 273.27g.   Breakfast:  gala apple, Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon. Lunch:  coke zero, mcchicken, mcdonalds french fries, Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Dinner:  6" Steak and Cheese, lay baked. Snacks/Other:  Bud Light Beer.
