Fat: 79.52g | Prot: 118.56g | Carb: 128.46g.   Breakfast:  spinach, Light English Muffin, feta cheese, egg whites, tomato, egg, butter. Lunch:  tuna, salad, salad dressing viniagrette. Dinner:  smoked salmon, goat cheese, mission carb balance tortilla, banana bread, almond butter. Snacks/Other:  soy beans, whey protein, athena hummus, raw vegetables.
