Fat: 79.52g | Prot: 118.56g | Carb: 128.46g.   Breakfast:  butter, egg, egg whites, feta cheese, Light English Muffin, spinach, tomato. Lunch:  salad, salad dressing viniagrette, tuna. Dinner:  almond butter, banana bread, goat cheese, mission carb balance tortilla, smoked salmon. Snacks/Other:  athena hummus, raw vegetables, soy beans, whey protein.
