Dinner:  Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Cooked Green String Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Corn On The Cob with Butter, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Bananas.
