Fat: 38.14g | Prot: 58.21g | Carb: 153.92g.   Breakfast:  Coffee Mate Sugar Free French Vanilla, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Clif Bar Cherry Almond. Lunch:  Lean Cuisine Pot Stickers. Dinner:  Perdue Grilled Chicken, Romaine, Lite Ranch, Wishbone Lite Buffalo Ranch, 100% Whole Wheat Wraps, Frank's Red Hot, Oscar Meyer Turkey Bacon, Carrots, Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Bowls - Tropical Fruit, Cherry Berry Applesauce.
