Fat: 77.62g | Prot: 110.82g | Carb: 178.84g.   Breakfast:  2X Protein Greek Yogurt - Honey Vanilla. Lunch:  #5 Vito. Dinner:  Apple Turnover or Dumpling, Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, Ice Cream, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Martini. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Peanut Butter High Protein Bar (Small).
