Fat: 76.52g | Prot: 62.88g | Carb: 210.60g.   Breakfast:  Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed). Lunch:  Moroccan sweet potato & chickpea salad, Green Gian salad crisp sweetcorn, Ainsley Harriott Chix/Leek CoS, Espresso Coffee. Dinner:  Waitrose Chinese Chicken Wings, Trader Joe's Chocolate Almond Tart. Snacks/Other:  big shotz - vitamin & mineral fruit juice shot, Blueberries, Sainsbury's jam doughnut.
