Fat: 43.47g | Prot: 61.15g | Carb: 142.97g.   Breakfast:  Lemon water, BBQ Chicken Wings. Lunch:  Apples, Water, Pears, Almonds. Dinner:  Smoked Salmon, Oranges, Sainsbury's wholemeal seeded roll. Snacks/Other:  caramel cinnamon waffle ice cream, Starbucks Caramel Macchiato - skinny, Herbal Tea, Rose Wine, macarons parisiens.
