Fat: 43.47g | Prot: 61.15g | Carb: 142.97g.   Breakfast:  BBQ Chicken Wings, Lemon water. Lunch:  Almonds, Apples, Pears, Water. Dinner:  Oranges, Sainsbury's wholemeal seeded roll, Smoked Salmon. Snacks/Other:  caramel cinnamon waffle ice cream, Herbal Tea, macarons parisiens, Rose Wine, Starbucks Caramel Macchiato - skinny.
