Fat: 33.84g | Prot: 55.33g | Carb: 149.16g.   Breakfast:  Lemon water, Water, Caramel Macchiato - skinny. Lunch:  Lemon water, danio - cherry, Apples, Duck (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Caesar Salad, Moroccan Fusion cup soup, danio - peach (low fat). Snacks/Other:  Walkers extra crunchy - cheddar & sour cream.
