Fat: 34.78g | Prot: 47.10g | Carb: 201.78g.   Breakfast:  Espresso Coffee, Sugar, The Original Low Fat Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Espresso Coffee, Sugar, Tomato Cup-A-Soup, turkey, pastrami & emmental cheese flatbread. Dinner:  Coffee, Ras El Hanout spiced vegetables & houmous flatbread, Revive - orange with acai, Sugar. Snacks/Other:  bio coco coconut water, Orange Juice, veg crisps - beetroot crisps, Water.
