Fat: 47.46g | Prot: 74.77g | Carb: 137.28g.   Breakfast:  gourmet probiotic yogurt - apple + spice, Water. Lunch:  deliciously fruity, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), snap pot, sweet potato. Dinner:  prosciutto, smoked salmon, Soft Salami. Snacks/Other:  kit kat, water.
