Fat: 26.09g | Prot: 65.69g | Carb: 102.67g.   Breakfast:  Water , osteo bi-flex, Liquid Egg White, Puy Lentils cooked with porcini mushrooms & thyme, Green Tea, Honeydew Melons. Lunch:  Natural fat free biopot yogurt, Kiwi Fruit, Be Good Roasted Red Pepper houmous, Baby Carrots, serrano ham, Water. Dinner:  serrano ham, Rocket, Cheese & Onion Roll, Berocca, Green Tea. Snacks/Other:  Water, Pop Choc, Martini.
