Lunch:  True Thai Vegetable Pad Thai, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), espresso, sugar. Dinner:  Fresh Salmon Nigiri, instant miso soup, sushi misc.. Snacks/Other:  activia fibre, Water, Clementines.
