Fat: 59.32g | Prot: 94.57g | Carb: 215.82g.   Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg, Oat Revolution Cinnamon and Spice. Lunch:  broccoli, cauliflower, Cottage Cheese, Pineapple. Dinner:  Gravy, green bean casserole, Mashed Potatos, Rotisserie Chicken. Snacks/Other:  All Natural Lowfat Yogurt - Vanilla, Almonds, blackberries, blueberries, Fiber One 90 Calorie Bar, Luna Honey Almond, Mini Reeses .
