Fat: 59.32g | Prot: 94.57g | Carb: 215.82g.   Breakfast:  Oat Revolution Cinnamon and Spice, Hard Boiled Egg. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese, Pineapple, cauliflower, broccoli. Dinner:  Mashed Potatos, Gravy, green bean casserole, Rotisserie Chicken. Snacks/Other:  blackberries, blueberries, All Natural Lowfat Yogurt - Vanilla, Luna Honey Almond, Fiber One 90 Calorie Bar, Mini Reeses , Almonds.
