Fat: 31.18g | Prot: 82.49g | Carb: 225.80g.   Breakfast:  butter, muller greek yogurt, Nonfat Tazo Chai Tea Latte (Grande), raisin bread. Lunch:  albacore tuna pouch, Grapes, nut crackers. Dinner:  Lamb meatballs, Peppers, Quino pasta. Snacks/Other:  Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie.
