Fat: 31.18g | Prot: 82.49g | Carb: 225.80g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Tazo Chai Tea Latte (Grande), muller greek yogurt, raisin bread, butter. Lunch:  nut crackers, albacore tuna pouch, Grapes. Dinner:  Quino pasta, Lamb meatballs, Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie.
