Fat: 75.42g | Prot: 278.16g | Carb: 338.38g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Elite Whey Protein Isolate - Chocolate Mint, Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Milk, Old Fashioned Oats, Skippy Natural Super Chunk Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Broccoli (Chopped, Frozen), Jambalaya, Oatmeal PB Bites. Dinner:  Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Deli Fresh Mesquite Turkey Breast, Egg White, Ezekiel Bread, Green Snap Beans, Large Egg, RDY AMER CHS 24SL SNGL, Skippy, Smart tortilla. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries, Bodybuilding Cheesecake, Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt.
