Lunch:  Jambalaya, Broccoli (Chopped, Frozen), Oatmeal PB Bites. Dinner:  RDY AMER CHS 24SL SNGL, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Deli Fresh Mesquite Turkey Breast, Smart tortilla, Ezekiel Bread, Egg White, Large Egg, Green Snap Beans, Skippy. Snacks/Other:  Bodybuilding Cheesecake, Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt, Blueberries.
