Fat: 27.82g | Prot: 42.89g | Carb: 101.81g.   Lunch:  bojangles garden salad, ken's fat free italian. Dinner:  baked chicken, bread and butter pickles, diet citrus green tea, potatoes, sauteed squash, Seasoned Field Peas & Snaps, water. Snacks/Other:  fritos corn chips, lance four cheese crackers, Peaches (Solids and Liquids, Light Syrup Pack, Canned), sliced pears.
