Fat: 43.98g | Prot: 111.65g | Carb: 177.79g.   Breakfast:  Berry Banana Muscle Milk Smoothie, Starbucks Doubleshot Mocha + Energy. Lunch:  Young Green Onions, Roasted & Salted Sunflower Nuts, Organic Baby Spring Mix, Spanish Olives, Crumbled Bacon, Carrot Chips, SLICED MUSHROOMS, KRO SHRED SHARP CHS, Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil Lite Dressing. Dinner:  Green Beans, 1/4 White Rotisserie Chicken (no Skin), Cornbread. Snacks/Other:  Mocha Frappuccino Light (Venti).
