Fat: 42.70g | Prot: 72.80g | Carb: 171.13g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar , Skinny Mocha (Venti). Lunch:  Light Italian Style Meatball. Dinner:  Avocados, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Mexican-Style Four Cheese Blend, Mission Yellow Tostada Casera, Vegetarian Refried Beans. Snacks/Other:  ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, Carrot Chips, Carrot Juice, earthrise spirulina natural, Glory Foods Cut, Fresh & Tender Kale, Navels Oranges , Organic Wheat Grass Powder.
