Fat: 36.94g | Prot: 73.21g | Carb: 143.69g.   Breakfast:  cracklin oat bran, Skinny Mocha (Venti). Lunch:  Best Grilled Cheese, Carrot Chips, water. Dinner:  100% Real Parmesan Grated Cheese, Carrot Chips, Green Onions, Grilled Vegetable Souffle, Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, Real Bacon Bits (Kroger), Reduced Fat Colby Jack Cheese, Spring Mix. Snacks/Other:  Light Mozzarella Cheese Stick, SWISS MISS DT HT COCA W/CALCM.
