Fat: 80.34g | Prot: 126.10g | Carb: 124.68g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, grape jelly sugar free, natures own white wheat, smuckers natural peanut butter. Lunch:  kfc chicken breast grilled. Dinner:  McDonalds hamburger, pork bbq, Rich Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix, slaw. Snacks/Other:  popcorn pop weaver, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies.
