Lunch:  Pumpernickel Bread, Spinach, Egg White, Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Spreadable Butter, Ground Turkey. Dinner:  Light Mayonnaise, Prime Fillet Tuna Solid White Albacore in Water (Bumble Bee), Pumpernickel Bread. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels, Roasted Salted Almonds, Cantaloupe Melons, Perfect Zero Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate - Creamy Vanilla, Fat Free Orange Sherbet, JOY CONE JUMBO CUPS, Udo's Oil 3-6-9 Blend, Grapes, Single Steakburger, Whole Milk.
