Lunch:  Egg White, Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Ground Turkey, Pumpernickel Bread, Spinach, Spreadable Butter. Dinner:  Light Mayonnaise, Prime Fillet Tuna Solid White Albacore in Water (Bumble Bee), Pumpernickel Bread. Snacks/Other:  Cantaloupe Melons, Fat Free Orange Sherbet, Grapes, JOY CONE JUMBO CUPS, Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels, Perfect Zero Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate - Creamy Vanilla, Roasted Salted Almonds, Single Steakburger, Udo's Oil 3-6-9 Blend, Whole Milk.
