Fat: 111.56g | Prot: 118.37g | Carb: 287.18g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee or Table Cream (Light), Bagel, Orange Juice, Spreadable Cream Cheese, Fried Egg, Deli Sliced Ham. Lunch:  Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice). Dinner:  Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, Asian Glazed Chicken Wings. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate M&M's.
