Fat: 41.99g | Prot: 91.89g | Carb: 111.53g.   Breakfast:  banana, green olives, low fat cottage cheese, savoritz orignal thin wheat crackers. Lunch:  baked potato, butter, california blend, green beans, low fat ranch dressing, Salisbury Steak with Gravy (Mixture), tossed salad. Dinner:  brick cheese, egg white, whole milk. Snacks/Other:  lowfat cottage cheese.
