Fat: 41.99g | Prot: 91.89g | Carb: 111.53g.   Breakfast:  savoritz orignal thin wheat crackers, low fat cottage cheese, green olives, banana. Lunch:  Salisbury Steak with Gravy (Mixture), green beans, baked potato, california blend, tossed salad, low fat ranch dressing, butter. Dinner:  egg white, whole milk, brick cheese. Snacks/Other:  lowfat cottage cheese.
