Fat: 89.28g | Prot: 144.35g | Carb: 290.37g.   Breakfast:  apple, milk, trader joes greek yogurt, trader joes muesli. Lunch:  cheddar, salami, Sesame Bagel. Dinner:  chicken serenada. Snacks/Other:  builders bar, chocolate chip cookie, hummus, trader joes peanut cups.
