Fat: 74.68g | Prot: 138.69g | Carb: 195.73g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk and Sugar, guava, Mixed Nuts, rice krispies. Lunch: bun, coffee with milk and sugar, green beans, lamb chop, salad, sausage. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Corn on The Cob with Butter, Cranberry Nut Bread. Snacks/Other: banana, wafers.
